Books

While I've always loved books, I never actually thought about writing my own stories until I was well into adulthood. It was covid, I was unable to play bells, and I needed a creative outlet. I was going a bit stir crazy (who wasn't), so my partner and I sat down and made a list of all the possible projects I could tackle to occupy my time. On that list were things like woodworking, learn guitar, brew beer, and.... write a novel.

Six years later and I've written four novels, all of them near-future grounded science fiction, all of them for kids and teens. No, you can't read them and I won't tell you what they're about!

Just kidding.

Actually, not kidding. But ONE DAY, hopefully soon, then you CAN read them. Because in May 2025 I signed with a literary agent. I had five offers from different agencies, and it was beyond exciting! I signed with Susan Hawk at Upstart Crow a few weeks later, and we've been editing one of my manuscripts, getting ready to go on submission with it in 2026.

I'm hopeful that this page will get a pretty big overhaul sometime this year :-)

Until then...
